POLISH SAUSAGE (KIELBASA) 

Clean KIELBASA INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 lb. pork butt
1 bud garlic
1/2 lb. veal
1/3 c. water
1/2 tsp. marjoram
Salt and pepper

Clean KIELBASA INSTRUCTIONS

Cut meat into little pieces and go through the coarse sharp edge of food chopper. Add water and finely ground bud of garlic with preparing. Pull packaging over horn and stuff with meat. This can be smoked or bubbled new in a pot of water. Channel following 1 1/2 hours; brown on skillet or under grill. Cool. Partake in the POLISH SAUSAGE (KIELBASA) plans !!!
